As we continue to grow and expand our franchise network across regions, we are looking for a skilled Team Lead Area Manager to oversee and guide our team of Area Managers. This role is instrumental in ensuring our franchisees uphold Taster’s operational excellence, meet performance targets, and maintain the integrity of our brand standards. 🤝What will you do?
As a Team Lead Area Manager, you will:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
Act as the primary point of escalation for Area Managers, solving complex operational issues and maintaining excellent franchisee relationships.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure that all franchise partners adhere to Taster’s operational standards, including hygiene, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Oversee performance monitoring of franchisees, analyzing key metrics such as profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement action plans to improve underperforming areas and drive continuous improvement across the network.
Brand Management:
Safeguard the integrity of Taster’s brand by ensuring compliance with licensing and franchise agreements.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, and operations) to roll out new initiatives and ensure franchisees are aligned with company strategy.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Create and deliver regular performance reviews for franchisees and Area Managers, setting clear objectives and benchmarks.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data-driven performance analysis.
Expansion Support:
Play a key role in onboarding new franchisees and expanding Taster’s network, including overseeing initial training and setup.
Actively participate in the rollout of new markets and brands, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
What are we looking for?
Experience: 5-10 years in multi-site franchise management, with a preference for experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze KPIs and develop actionable plans.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both English and French.
Adaptability: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive results.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across France.
