🔎Why are we hiring?
To achieve our ambitious vision, Taster operates on three foundational pillars:
Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.
Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.
Power to Creators: Collaborating with key creators to bring our brands to life.
We’re seeking a Procurement Manager to support our Ops & Network pillar, focused on cost optimisation, supplier management, and product quality across our European operations.
🤝Your responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and optimise relationships with Taster’s key suppliers to drive cost reductions, improve quality, and secure volume commitments.
Participate in contract negotiations, achieving competitive terms and volume-based pricing benefits.
Conduct quarterly and annual supplier performance evaluations to ensure compliance with Taster’s quality and operational standards.
Cost and Quality Optimization:
Drive initiatives to reduce overall COGS by 200-500 basis points, focusing on essential product categories across our European supply chain.
Collaborate with the innovation team on new product introductions, ensuring the availability of all core products for menu expansion.
Guarantee the alignment between productions and product specifications. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
Data & Analytics:
Track and report on critical KPIs, including rebates, cost savings for operators, and quality improvement metrics.
Collaborate with demand planning analysts to maintain accurate procurement data and forecast requirements.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all sourced products comply with EU food safety standards, prioritising halal-compliant protein products.
Register new products with Taster’s 3PL and 4PL providers in local markets to maintain seamless supply.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations and innovation teams to synchronize demand forecasts with supply, enhancing communication across functions.
🤔Is it really for you?
4-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least one experience in QSR or FMCG.
Proven skills in negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management.
Detail-oriented with a collaborative, adaptable approach and a growth mindset.
Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
Fluent in English and French.
