🎯 Role Overview
As a Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Taster’s global growth strategy.
You’ll combine analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to drive smarter decisions across the organization.
Working within the Global Revenue Team (split between Paris and London), you’ll collaborate daily with marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, and data teams.
Your Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Insights: Lead and deliver analyses and recommendations to shape Taster’s future growth strategy.
Optimize Marketing Performance: Evaluate and optimize campaigns across markets, uncovering insights to improve engagement, funnel conversion, and ROI.
Structure & Scale: Help formalize and streamline key company processes as Taster scales globally.
Build Data Tools: Design and deploy smart, data-powered tools and dashboards that empower teams to make faster, more informed decisions.
Marketing Budget Management: Help manage and allocate budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Lead strategic project : diverse strategic projects to help define Taster future strategy
Dashboard Ownership: Lead the development and maintenance of Looker dashboards to track marketing and growth performance.
Execution: Directly execute some strategic initiatives — from campaign setup to partner outreach and coordination with agencies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the link between global strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment across teams and markets.

Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, or similar).
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field from a top-tier school.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel, Looker, SQL, and data modeling.
Languages: Fluent in English and French (required).
Mindset: Curious, data-driven, impact-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
Project Management: You can lead projects end-to-end — defining KPIs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring fast, high-quality execution.
Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.
