Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.
Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a Construction & Fit-Out Manager to structure, pilot, and deliver all construction-related projects across the network, ensuring:
on-time restaurant delivery,
controlled construction CAPEX,
regulatory and technical compliance,
consistent execution quality across partners and sites.
This role is fully dedicated to construction, renovation, and restaurant fit-out execution.
This person will be a key architect of the next generation of Taster restaurants.
๐คWhat will you do?
1. Construction & Renovation Project Delivery
Lead restaurant construction, renovation, and conversion projects from feasibility and scoping to final handover.
Build and manage construction project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Own restaurant delivery timelines, ensuring openings and re-openings are delivered as planned.
Manage multiple projects in parallel across different formats and geographies.
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
Establish construction and renovation budgets (CAPEX works).
Track costs throughout the project lifecycle, manage variations, and control budget deviations.
Identify technical and economic optimisation opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
3. Contractors & Partners Management
Pilot and coordinate approved contractors and technical partners (TCE / MEP, kitchen installers, extraction specialists,...).
Monitor execution quality, timelines, and contractual commitments.
Contribute to the structuring, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of the construction partner panel.
4. Franchisee & Company-Owned Restaurants โ Construction Support
Act as the primary construction and fit-out point of contact for both franchise partners and company-owned restaurants.
For franchise restaurants:
Advise and support franchise partners on construction standards, technical solutions, and constraints.
Verify compliance with construction-related contractual obligations, technical standards, and ERP requirements.
For company-owned restaurants:
Take full ownership of construction and fit-out projects, from scoping to final delivery.
Ensure alignment between franchisees or internal teams, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders on all construction-related topics.
5. Equipment Strategy
Contribute to the selection and validation of restaurant equipment from a technical, financial, and durability perspective.
Assess equipment options based on technical compatibility with building constraints, utilities capacity, and extraction requirements.
Support equipment-related arbitrage to balance investment level, robustness, and long-term maintainability.
Validate equipment layouts and technical interfaces in coordination with installers and contractors.
6. Project Management & Reporting
Maintain consolidated construction project plans and timelines.
Provide regular reporting on project progress (budget, planning, risks, delivery status).
Anticipate construction risks and blockers, implementing mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Compliance with ERP and building regulations for all delivered restaurants.
Consistent execution quality across contractors and franchise partners.
Reduced delays, rework, and construction-related escalations.
๐ก What are we looking for?
Experience: 5+ years in restaurant construction / fit-out, concept development, or operational project management (QSR / fast-casual strongly preferred).
Operational expertise: Strong command of kitchen technical environments, equipment, food safety, and day-to-day restaurant realities.
Technical fluency: Comfortable working with Construction, Design, Supply, and IT on plans, layouts, and fit-outs.
Project leadership: Proven ability to structure, drive, and deliver complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Languages: Fluent in French and English.
