🍔 What is Taster?
Our vision is to revolutionise quick-service restaurants worldwide by crafting mouthwatering, iconic brands with top creators and then distributing them through next-generation franchise networks supercharged by technology and innovation.
Taster is at the forefront of the food delivery revolution in Europe, bringing the franchise model to the digital age with leading delivery-first brands, best-in-class technology, and an asset-light business model leveraging established delivery platforms and supply partners.
With +100% YoY growth over the past three years, over €135m in yearly GMV in 2024, and profitability achieved, Taster operates within a $365bn global market— backed by top-tier investors like Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures.
🔎 Why are we hiring?
To achieve our ambitious vision, Taster operates on three foundational pillars:
Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.
Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.
Power to Creators: Collaborating with key creators to bring our brands to life.
As our network continues to grow, we are committed to ensuring the highest operational standards across all our kitchens. To support this ambition, we are hiring a Training and Operational Audit Coordinator to help deliver hands-on training to new franchise partners and to carry out regular audits in the field. This role plays a key part in maintaining excellence in execution and supporting our partners during critical stages of their journey.
🤝 What will you do?
Support in Franchisee Training:
Conduct onboarding and operational training sessions for new franchise partners, following established procedures and company standards.
Ensure that each new partner is properly trained on operational processes, tools, and quality expectations before launch.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials by sharing feedback from the field.
Operational Audit Execution:
Carry out regular operational audits in partner kitchens to assess compliance with company standards (hygiene, processes, service quality, etc.).
Collect and document audit findings clearly and professionally using internal tools.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and escalate recurring or critical issues to the team lead.
Field Support:
Provide on-site operational support during key moments (launches, relaunches, crisis situations).
Act as a point of contact for operational questions or quality concerns raised by partner kitchens.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistency in audit and training practices across the network.
Share key observations and recurring issues with the team to help identify areas for improvement.
Standards and Compliance:
Stay up to date with internal standards and procedures, as well as regulatory hygiene requirements.
Contribute actively to maintaining high quality and operational standards across the partner network.
What are we looking for?
Experience: 2–3 years in an operational role within the food, hospitality, or franchise industry (e.g. restaurant operations, kitchen support, training, or audits).
Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety practices (HACCP basics, hygiene standards), ideally in a multi-site environment.
Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
Field-focused: Comfortable with frequent on-site work and interacting directly with kitchen teams.
Communication: Clear communicator, able to share feedback and observations constructively.
Organization: Structured and autonomous, able to manage multiple training or audit schedules.
Language: Fluency in French required; working knowledge of English is a plus.
