๐ Why We Open This Position?
As we expand our product offerings and explore new culinary territories, the need for a creative and strategic Food Innovation Manager has become crucial. This role will spearhead our efforts to continuously innovate and improve our product ranges across all brands, ensuring alignment with our high standards and customer expectations.
๐ค Your Responsibilities
Product Development: Lead the development of new products and menus, ensuring they meet our brand standards and market needs.
Quality Management: Oversee and enhance our quality/hygiene policies, maintaining the highest standards across all product lines.
Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with marketing, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless introduction and support of new products.
Team Management: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to culinary innovation and excellence.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as chefs and influencers, to enhance our product offerings.
๐ค Is It Really For Me?
Educational Background: Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in food innovation or management a plus.
Experience: At least five years of experience in food product development, preferably in a leadership role within the QSR or food service industry.
Skills: Strong project management skills, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and bringing creative food concepts to market.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in recipe development, understanding of culinary processes, and familiarity with industry-standard food production and safety protocols.
Languages: Proficiency in both English and French is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel to supplier and test locations as needed.
