Taster is enabling the next generation of restaurant owners to thrive in this new delivery-first era, bringing partners together to form the largest chain of restaurants in the world, so that everyone can enjoy Taster whenever they want.
Taster is based in London with teams in Paris and Madrid. We currently have 120 franchise partners in 80 European cities across the UK, France, Spain and Belgium, and have raised over $50 million from the likes of Octopus Ventures, Rakuten, Battery Ventures, LocalGlobe and Heartcore Capital.

The role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for the development of the Partner Kitchen network in the country. You will be part of the Commercial team and will be based at the head office in Paris.
The responsibilities are multiple and will evolve rapidly, including:
- Identifying, convincing and signing partnership contracts with new licensees
- Conducting market research, analysing prospecting areas and qualifying prospects
- Assist in the development of the Commercial team's various projects
- Ensure follow-up of leads and documentation of documents required for onboarding of partners
- Clearly report performance and progress on ongoing projects to the management team
- Liaise with the Taster Operations, Tech, Supply and Marketing teams as well as external stakeholders for the follow-up and smooth running of partnership projects
- Coordinate the different departments to ensure that the partner kitchens open on time and in a smooth and efficient manner.
Profile required:
You have one to two years of experience in Business Development / Sales and you have an appetite for the restaurant industry
You are ambitious with the will to make things happen independently and through collaboration
You are results and data-driven and are driven by growth
You are a hard worker and not afraid to take on new tasks
You want to grow within the Commercial team by taking on responsibilities
You are able to change direction quickly as needed for different initiatives and projects
You are an excellent communicator - face to face as well as in written communication and through presentations
You are humble enough to ask for external help, support from colleagues and team members (hierarchy, team, other departments...) and also to offer your help
You are able to meet deadlines
Good command of English (mandatory)
The icing on the cake:
Knowledge of the CRM tool is a plus
Knowledge of the Food Industry (Independent or Chain Restaurants, Catering, Hotels):
- understanding of their challenges

- their organisation
Knowledge of the franchise environment (legal, financial, strengths and weaknesses...)

Salary: €40k + uncapped bonus based on achievement of objectives
