Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee our fast-paced Digital restaurant group operations. You will be tasked with transforming New Product Development (NPD) and strategic visions into tactical, operational blueprints, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer. This role requires a unique mix of strategic planning and day-to-day operational oversight, and the ideal candidate will possess significant experience within the QSR industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational procedures and processes that meet strategic objectives and drive business performance.
Transform NPD and strategic visions into effective, tactical, operational plans.
Oversee the entire operations cycle to ensure efficiency and quality.
Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
Continually analyse operational process data to optimise and streamline workflows, reducing costs while improving service levels.
Lead cross-functional teams and foster an environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the QSR industry, with a strong background in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working internationally, managing diverse teams and adapting to different work cultures.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and manage their implementation.
Certification in Six Sigma methodology is a big plus.
Role is expected to travel in Europe 2-3 days a week
Salary - 75 - 85k
