As an Area Manager, you will oversee the daily business operations of multiple franchise locations within a designated area. This includes managing the performance of individual franchisees and their teams, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple franchise locations within a designated area.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual franchisees and their teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial, operational, and customer service standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve franchisee performance, including analysing sales data and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.

• Foster strong relationships with franchisees, serving as a primary point of contact for operational support and guidance.

• Conduct regular franchisee visits to assess performance, assign training and support, and address any issues or concerns.

• Work closely with corporate teams to identify and resolve operational challenges and to facilitate the sharing of best practices among franchisees.

• Develop and deliver operational training to franchisees and their teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a franchise or retail environment.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and their teams.

• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Willingness to travel within a designated area to visit franchise locations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus.

• Remote position in Brussels, Rotterdam or Amsterdam. Travel to Paris head office required.
